| - The only constant is change.
- The only emotion is frustration. Any other emotion is distraction from the frustration. (reiteration: every emotion is either a form of frustration or a form of escape from frustration.) - Infinity equals zero. (reiteration: when a field is filled with a single condition completely, that condition becomes the neutral background, the "nothing" upon which all other things occur.) - There are exceptions to every rule, including this one. (reiteration: there are no rules, only tendencies, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any definite rules. Contradiction is a property of the universe.) - "The Greatest Stress" (Neitzsche, paraphrased) Your life now, as you have lived it, will have to be lived once more and innumerable times more, with nothing new in it, every pain, every joy, every thought, every sigh; everything immeasurable small or great in your life must return to you-- all in the same succession and sequence. Language is fabricated, and one's use of language should respond to the audience's interpretation, for the universe created in the mind of one speaking the language is rarely the same as the universe of one listening.) - Survival as our purpose for existence is a tautology. (reiteration: survival is a definition of existence, not our reason for existence.) - Stagnance leads to rot. Rot leads to poverty. Poverty leads to struggle. Struggle leads to strength. Strength leads to prosperity. Prosperity leads to comfort. Comfort leads to stagnance . . . |
